1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Land Drafters LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Land Drafters LLC provides professional CAD drafting, land surveying, architectural design, civil engineering, and related services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in the project agreement. All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables produced by Land Drafters LLC become the property of the client. Land Drafters LLC retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

We provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project agreement. Changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

Land Drafters LLC treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Land Drafters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
